Waris Baig releases political anthem in wake of Nawaz's return
(Web Desk) – PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif is expected to return to Pakistan soon.
After almost four years, the party's workers and supporters are prepared to welcome their leader back to the nation from London.
Veteran singer Waris Baig has also created a musical homage in this regard.
In anticipation of Nawaz's much anticipated arrival back in the country from London, Baig has released a song.
Waris Baig reads a poem aloud at the beginning of the popular anthem's video, "Kharay Hain Hum Maidaan Main," which loosely translates to mean that all attempts to undermine the three-time premier have failed and that he purportedly has the support of the entire country.
The film shows key PML-N figures Nawaz, Shehbaz, Maryam, and Hamza addressing crowds as well as their convictions in a number of instances, including their disqualification in the Panama Papers case and the PML-N supremo's prior arrests.
The anthem's lyrics pay homage to the PML-N and how each of its leaders has endured difficulties and tribulations while being imprisoned. In its anthem, the party pledges to overcome all obstacles in order to "save" Pakistan.
